Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original packaging must be intact (including all tags and protective materials)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Electronic Lures (due to water activation and potential use)
  • Eels, worms & leeches (live bait products)
  • De-hookers (hygiene reasons if used)
  • Any item that shows signs of use or is not in its original condition

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address (127 Rhapsody Street, Gainesville, US 32601)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Copy of your invoice or packing slip

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model of baitcast combo, fly rod, or other gear:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If your casting rod, conventional reel, or other product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
