- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for anglers who need their gear quickly
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious fishermen stocking up on multiple items
International Anglers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our fishing equipment like we stand behind every cast. If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, here’s how to return it:
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Fishing Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Electronic Lures (due to water activation)
- Eels, worms & leeches (live bait products)
- De-hookers (if used for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
Need a different size fly rod or baitcast combo?

- Price differences will be charged/refunded
Damaged or Defective Items
If your casting rod, conventional reel, or other product arrives damaged:

- We’ll arrange replacement/refund at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees for returns are non-refundable
